How long until my order ships?

We usually ship orders within 7 days of purchase.

After shipping, delivery takes about 10-15 days.

Note: These are estimates—sometimes delays happen due to factors beyond our control.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number (it may take 24 hours to update).

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us within 1 hour after placing it. We'll do our best to help. After it's sent to our print partner, changes may not be possible.

Please double-check your order before finalizing!

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Let us know ASAP if your shipping address is incorrect. We’ll try to fix it before your order ships. Once it’s dispatched to USPS, you’ll need to reach out to them directly.

Note: If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be your responsibility.

My package says "Delivered" but I can’t find it. What should I do?

First, check around your delivery area and verify the shipping address. Packages might be marked as 'delivered' a little early.

If you still can't find it after 3 days, contact USPS for help.

Please note, we can't be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they've shipped.

What if my package is stuck "in transit"?

If your package has been "in transit" for too long, contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 for updates.
